Product Description
The Oak Mexicano unfinished door from Climadoor is one of the most popular designs on offer today. It’s a robust and modern-looking oak internal door that fits well into any style décor. The Mexicano collection of oak flush doors creates an immediate impact and focal point for any room from traditional mid-century interiors to an ultra-chic industrial warehouse property. The door comes unfinished, so it’s ready to be completed in the manner of your choosing, whether using a bright burst of colour or a more subtle stain to bring out the natural beauty of the oak grain.
All of the oak Mexicano unfinished doors, including fire door options and glazed versions, have extensive lipping on all sides. This allows you to cut your door to fit even non-standard frames. Ideal for individual restorations, refurbishments or larger projects, the classic five-panel pattern with deep V-grooves complements any home.
The Mexicano Oak Panel door is becoming a modern favourite and rightly so. The cottage style lends itself to traditional properties as you would expect, but also adds a touch of class to contemporary homes. Also known to some as the Mexicana and manufactured by companies such as LPD amongst others, the Mexicano internal door has a solid core and is made from engineered wood with real oak veneer.
This version of the Mexicano is unfinished, which allows you to choose the finish you want to bring out the beautiful natural oak grain. All doors 27″ (686mm) and over have a solid 18mm lipping and doors 24″ (610mm) or less have 10mm lippings. Each door is supplied unfinished so that you can match your existing decor, but we also have an oak prefinished version available along with a fire door option.
You can find a glazed version of the Mexicano here, as well as alternative finishes in white or light grey.
Due to surface area restrictions, and to ensure uniformity in panel widths, the quantity of panels per door is as follows:
- 3-Panel Design – Widths: 457mm, 533mm & 526mm
- 4-Panel Design – Widths: 610mm & 626mm
- 5-Panel Design – Widths: 686mm, 711mm, 726mm, 762mm & 813mm
- 6-Panel Design – Widths: 826mm, 838mm & 926mm
