How It Works

1. Find a Lower Price: If you find an identical door product advertised at a lower price on another UK-based online retailer’s website, let us know.
2. Contact Us: Provide us with the details of the lower-priced product, including the URL of the product page, product code, and any other relevant information
3. Price Match Review: Our team will review the information and verify the price. If everything checks out, we’ll match the price for you!

Terms & Conditions

• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website.
• The product must be new, identical in brand, style, size, and other specifications including any guarantees or warranties offered.
• The competitor’s website must be a legitimate and authorised dealer of the product.
• The price match does not apply to clearance, discontinued, sale items, or promotions.
• Our Price Match Promise excludes items sold on marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree etc.
• Delivery charges, installation fees, and other additional costs are not included in the price match. Where a retailer offsets a heavily discounted price with a high delivery charge, we reserve the right not to match their price.
• Our Price Match Promise cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
• Doors & More reserves the right to decline any price match request if it does not meet our criteria or if a competitor has an exclusive deal with a manufacturer, there are issues with stock availability or the manufacturer will not offer us an identical price.
