  • Short Edge – 80mm (Allowing for 160mm reduction in height total),
  • Long Edge – 24mm (Allowing for 48mm reduction in width total)
• 44mm FD30 Fire Door Trimming Allowance:
  • 12mm from any edge (Allowing for reduction of 24mm in height and width total)

Standard flush door sizes

This superior quality range of internal flush doors includes a huge selection of sizing options. Ideal for older buildings or if you need to install doors in an odd sized room.

Choose between 12 Standard internal door sizes: 7 imperial (1981mm high and 35mm thick) and 5 metric (2040mm high and 40mm thick). 

With standard doors, long edges are supplied with 28mm solid softwood lippings for up to 48mm of trimming in width (24mm either side). Short edges (top and bottom) are supplied with a 90mm trim zone for up to 140mm of trimming in height (70mm top and bottom). 

Fire door sizes

Need flush white interior doors with added fire protection? Choose between 15 FD30 Sizes: 10 imperial (1981mm high) and 5 metric (2040mm high) – all 44mm thick. 

Long and short edges are supplied with 18mm solid softwood lippings for up to 24mm of trimming in width or height (12mm either side).
