Modern in looks, and offered at low market prices, these Ladder Design doors are ideal for refurbishment projects, or the property let market, where style comes with a budget. Designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of current UK Building Regulations, these FD30 rated fire doors are heavyweight in feel, but lightweight in price.

Unfinished – the doors are manufactured in untreated material state, with no sealant applied. These doors need to be lightly sanded and decorated by the end user.
Primed – Doors which have been lightly sanded and had a primer coat applied, but still need further coat(s) to seal the door or to achieve the final colour you desire. Prefinished / Fully Finished – These doors have been factory decorated and don’t need any further decoration. |

Lightweight (Hollow Core) – The lightest construction – generally a framed construction with a eggbox or honeycomb interior.
