These sets are supplied FD30 Fire Rated, accompanied with a stainless steel tubular latch and 3no. 4″ CERTIFIRE fire door Grade 13 ball bearing hinges.

Also available as an FD30 Fire Door Sash Lock Pack – with the same handle and 4″ hinges as the FD30 Fire Door Pack – but instead supplied with a CE marked euro-profile sashlock, TS007 BSI Kitemarked key/turn cylinder and finish matched escutcheons, rather than the usual fire rated kit that arrives with just a 3″ latch. Ideal for use in bedrooms doors within HMOs, communal cupboard doors and integral garage doors where the door’s fire certificate allows for a CE marked sash lock. Quotes for Key/Key cylinders also available upon request.
